Wear whatever you will be comfortable in but please bring clean indoor runners for your time on the green of the golf simulator to help keep the space clean for the next patron.

When you arrive, please enter through the entrance to unit #6. Access is on the south side of the building.

Like any activity, golf simulators come with a certain risk and liability. You would have reviewed the safety terms when you created your account. Please ensure that you are familiar with the rules and risks before you start your session.

No outside liquor is permitted on the premises! Blizzards Cafe offers food and drink Monday to Friday from 4pm to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 10pm.

We value your time and understand that sometimes, scheduling conflicts arise. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy outlined below.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

2. No Refunds - Sales are Final

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for appointments. However, if your situation changes, and you need to reschedule, we encourage you to call or email us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time or do not show up for your appointment without notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
